Course Description

As the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) released the latest issuance for ISO 9001:2015 last July, the ISO 9001:2015 FIS Awareness course aims to equip delegates with the basic knowledge and firsthand updates regarding the ISO’s latest version. (The final draft international standard of the ISO 9001 version 2015 will be released within September 2015.) This course will tackle the stages of transition in an international standard based on the new standards of ISO 9001:2015. The core focus of the discussion will be the ten (10) clauses of the standard: scope, normative references, new terminologies and its definition, context of the organization, leadership, planning, support, operation, performance evaluation, and improvement. As the ISO 9001:2015 mainly brings about the new international quality standards from the experts around the world. Center for Knowledge and Advance Training (CKAT) Inc. will be providing participants the latest development and technical knowledge about the new ISO 9001:2015 FIS and its application to their company’s current system. The 3-year transition period will start from 2015 up until 2018 thus; those under the ISO 9001:2008 shall take this first step in advancing towards the new standards until the end of the transition period.
