The ultimate goal of this course is to address the important principles related to auditing which will equip participants with needed skills and knowledge to become internal quality auditors in their respective organization complying with acceptable auditing standards for ISO under ISO 19011. This is a technical control course intended for managerial employees who desire to achieve a high degree of quality and continual improvement for their company operations to improve customer satisfaction. The course will give participants in depth knowledge on the implementation of management systems and quality auditing aligned with established audit criteria, particularly with ISO 9000 and other similar standards. The course is based on the third edition of ISO 9000 series of standards (year 2008).
