Course Description

This course is intended cover theories behind proper documentation of a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2008 and the application of these theories in the organization. The participants will be able to understand the function of the QMS Documentation process and the benefits of documenting the system in an organization. After the seminar, participants will be able to understand and identify the processes of the Quality Management System, their interaction to other departments affected by the documentation, and the proper sequencing towards full observation of the Quality Manual. Throughout the course, participants will be taught to identify the ownership and the elements of the processes and ultimately document the appropriate and correct quality policy, the procedures needed and necessary work instruction to support the implementation of the Quality Manual in the organization.
